Solis is a new name, but not a new story. We’re a Hampshire-based event production company built on years of real experience in corporate events, AV and venue operations — delivering conferences, managing technical builds, and creating bespoke solutions with genuine attention to detail.

We specialise in corporate events and long-term venue partnerships. For us, that means being more than an external supplier. We work as a true extension of your team — understanding the space, supporting the venue staff, and taking ownership of the full delivery from planning through to the final cue. Too often, events are handed across multiple suppliers, responsibilities become blurred, and simple decisions get lost in technical language. We’re here to simplify that, bring clarity to the process, and make sure everything works together properly.
