AVIS International Leadership Conference 2024

AVIS International Leadership Conference in Lisbon saw us deliver a clean, high-impact scenic and AV build designed to feel sharp in the room and polished up close. The brief called for a strong brand-led stage set that would hold presence across the full conference space while maintaining a premium finish from every angle.

The set featured a fully canvas-wrapped twin-screen front projection layout with a central one-piece canvas-wrapped backdrop, creating a bold and cohesive focal point for the event. This was paired with a two-level stage finished with a seamless one-piece white felt fascia, brand-red one-piece carpet, and a centre step with an integrated LED strip for a subtle but effective detail. A white comfort monitor surround completed the stage front and helped keep the overall look clean and controlled.

With the house lights dropped and the stage lighting brought up, the whole set came to life exactly as intended. The result was a striking conference environment with real visual impact, brought together with a high level of detail and finish throughout.
