CCDAS 2023

CCDAS at Old Billingsgate was delivered as a full exhibition build, working alongside multiple delivery partners across the wider show. Our production covered the main event floor, plus two dedicated content spaces: the main plenary upstairs and a smaller cellar room designed for reduced-capacity sessions and more discussion-led content.

In the main plenary we built a bold, branded environment centred around twin 12ft x 6.5ft projection screens and a 30ft wide, 12ft high canvas-wrapped central wall that anchored the entire look. The stage was a bespoke 600mm-high build to improve sightlines, finished with our signature one-piece white felt fascia and topped with a single-piece blue carpet to match CCDAS branding. With the house lights down and haze in play, the scenic and projection gained real depth, giving the room a strong “show” feel while staying clean and corporate.

For the cellar space, we created a tighter, purpose-built setup for panels, using an 11ft x 6ft front projection screen with a canvas-wrapped base and side returns finished in blue felt. It kept the branding consistent with the main floor but scaled properly to the room—simple, controlled and polished, with a layout that supported smaller audiences without feeling like an overflow solution.
