Heathrow 2023

Heathrow 2023 at Hilton T5 was delivered as a bold awards show environment built to create impact from the moment guests entered the room. The aim was to balance strong screen presence with a clean scenic finish, giving the event a high-energy show feel while keeping the overall layout smart, branded and well controlled.

The set was built around a quad LED wall arrangement, with each screen installed on 900mm risers to give the stage real height and presence across the room. Between the screens, we introduced a one-piece canvas-wrapped scenic element to tie the full build together visually and stop the setup from feeling like four standalone displays. A central T-shaped stage extended into the room, helping the format feel more immersive and better suited to an awards presentation.

To complete the look, truss was installed above each screen position with a dedicated lighting rig to add depth, colour and movement throughout the show. The result was a confident, fully built awards environment that combined scenic finish, screen impact and production lighting into a joined-up set designed for both the room and the experience of the audience.
