Howden European Conference 2023

For Howden European Conference 2023 at Ascot Racecourse, we supported the delivery of a wide-format conference set designed to suit the length of the Pavilion and give the room stronger visual balance. It is a format that worked particularly well in this space, and one we have delivered for this client at the venue before.

The setup featured a quad-screen front projection layout with three central walls tying the full set together, all finished in white felt to keep the overall look clean, bright and cohesive across the room. An 8m x 2m stage, branded lectern and red and blue uplighting brought the set to life, while large plant features helped soften the space and add another layer of depth to the overall look.

To finish the set, the central graphic feature was detailed with LED lighting to help lift it from the wall and create more depth through the middle of the stage. The result was a clean, effective conference environment that worked perfectly for both the room and the event format.
