Istari Compass Summit 2023

Istari Compass Summit 2023 at The Grove was delivered as a slick, intimate setup designed to feel purpose-built within a modern, high-end space. The aim was a clean blue-and-white environment with sharp angles, controlled branding and a finish that looked as considered up close as it did across the room.

The stage and set were built around a canvas-wrapped twin 85” LED screen arrangement, positioned on an angle to suit the layout and sightlines. We paired this with an angled central wall and a freestanding centre wall, both fully canvas-wrapped and finished with 3D graphics to give the branding depth without adding clutter. A bespoke angled stage completed the room: white fascia detailing and a single-piece brand blue carpet top kept the look crisp and consistent, with two custom freestanding emblem “star” features on stage to lock the identity in place.

Beyond the main room, we carried the branding through the wider guest journey with custom graphics to the bar and check-in desk, plus portrait displays positioned around the venue for digital signage. On this job, the difference was in the details—alignment, edge finishes, angles and consistency—so the entire event felt joined-up, premium and intentional from arrival to the final session.
