Istari Summit 2022

For Istari at The Langley, we delivered a detailed, high-end conference set designed to sit cleanly within the space and reflect the brand with a strong level of finish throughout. Produced for ITM, the build was designed to feel premium, considered and visually balanced, with every element working together across the full width of the room.

The set featured twin built-in 85-inch screens within a one-piece canvas-wrapped backdrop, creating a seamless and more integrated presentation setup. A large 10m x 2m stage was finished in one-piece carpet matched to the brand colour, while three bespoke freestanding panels were built for the centre of the stage to replicate key elements of the event branding and add more structure and interest through the middle of the set.

The result was a polished, premium setup that suited both the venue and the event perfectly. It was another strong example of how a clean build, thoughtful detailing and careful brand integration can lift a conference environment and give it real presence in the room.
