Klarna at The Langley was delivered as a premium business meeting setup designed to match the venue’s architecture while giving the room a strong, modern focal point. The aim was simple: a clean, high-impact visual environment for presentations, with clear audio coverage and a layout that worked from every table position.

We installed a 4m x 2.5m LED screen wall on a 600mm riser, framed by a 12ft-high white felt set to give the build scale and a finished, built-in look. Two 75” repeater screens were positioned either side to ensure consistent viewing across the space, keeping content visible without forcing guests to turn away from the speaker or strain for sightlines.

Audio was handled with a two-speaker PA tuned for speech clarity, giving the presenter a confident, effortless delivery. The result was a slick, understated setup that sat comfortably in a prestigious venue—clean lines, strong branding, and a room where everyone could follow the content without it being read off the slides.
