LBMA 2024

LBMA’s Sustainability & Responsible Sourcing Summit at Hilton London Bridge was delivered as a fully produced hybrid conference, built to work equally well for the room and the stream. We designed the space around a strong central visual so the audience had a clear focal point, while remote delegates got a clean, consistent broadcast feed throughout the day.

The centrepiece was a 4m x 2.5m LED screen wall installed on a 1m riser, integrated into a seamless bespoke set rather than standing alone. White felt scenic wings framed the screen at 12ft high, extended asymmetrically to create an off-centre layout—opening space for a five-chair panel on the right without losing scale or impact. To complete the look, the stage was wrapped in a single-piece white felt finish, giving the whole build a sharp, modern, corporate feel.

For the hybrid delivery, we ran multiple PTZ camera positions to cover lectern, panel and stage-wide shots, allowing smooth cut coverage without cluttering the room with large camera rigs. The final setup improved sightlines in the room, elevated the panel position with a two-level stage layout, and delivered a polished on-screen result that matched the standard of the live environment.
