MBNL 2023

For MBNL at Select Car Leasing Stadium in Reading, we delivered a full conference set on behalf of ITM, using the client’s blue and white branding to create a clean, well-finished stage environment. It was a great use of the space in one of our favourite venues to work in, and one that suits this style of event particularly well.

The build featured a twin-screen front projection setup with a 12ft-high central wall, all canvas wrapped in custom printed graphics to create a seamless branded backdrop. A 10m x 2m stage was finished in one-piece blue carpet with a one-piece white felt fascia, giving the set a crisp contrast and a strong overall finish. Four freestanding truss totems behind the stage added another layer to the design, while lighting helped bring the whole setup to life.

The result was a smart, well-balanced conference environment that carried the branding clearly and gave the room real presence. The combination of scenic build, staging and lighting helped the whole setup feel polished, cohesive and properly considered from every angle.
