Seplat Energy 2024

Seplat Energy 2024 at The Langley Hotel and Spa was delivered as a clean, boardroom-style business meeting built around a strong central screen and a polished branded finish. The aim was to create a focused environment for discussion and presentation, while keeping the room feeling premium, uncluttered and fully considered from every angle.

The centrepiece was an LED screen wall installed on a 600mm riser, giving the content clear presence within the room and creating a strong focal point for the delegates. To frame the screen and carry the branding further across the space, we added three-piece canvas-wrapped backdrop elements to the side, helping the overall set feel joined-up rather than screen-led on its own.

The result was a smart, well-balanced business meeting environment that combined clear presentation impact with a refined scenic finish. The staging, branding and room layout worked together to give the event a clean corporate feel that suited both the venue and the format of the meeting.
