Thames Water 2023

Thames Water at Newbury Racecourse was delivered as a clean, corporate conference setup with a strong focus on sightlines and a polished finish. The room presented a practical challenge with lower ceilings than typical, so the solution needed to feel premium without relying on long projection throws or anything that would introduce visual clutter on the floor.

We built a slick white felt quad-screen environment using front projection with ultra short throw projectors, keeping the throw distance tight and removing the risk of people or set elements interrupting the image. A freestanding scenic panel with the circular Thames Water logo anchored the centre of the set, giving the stage a clear identity while keeping the overall look minimal and controlled.

The stage was an 8m x 2m build, finished in grey carpet with a white fascia to maintain a crisp, modern edge. For presenters, we integrated a 43” comfort monitor in a clean surround positioned centrally just in front of the stage, giving clear slide reference without distracting from the main screens or breaking the visual line of the room.
